* All services are appointment only. $100 booking fee (non refundable) is required to secure your appointment. This will apply towards total cost of your service. Cancelling appointment for any reason will result losing your booking fee.
The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment in CASH only.
* All cosmetic tattoo services require 2 sessions, the initial and following touch up session to complete the look.
* If you have previous work done from elsewhere, please send clear photos (full front and side views, NO makeup, filter) to text or email, before booking for artist’s approval. PLEASE DO NOT book without artist’s confirmation.
DISQUALIFICATION LIST FOR ALL SERVICES
Under 18 years of age.
Pregnant or Nursing.
Allergic to pigmentation, topical anesthetics, alcohol, and makeup.
Prone to keloids, post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation, very sensitive skin, irritations/rashes/acne on the procedure area.
Skin conditions- psoriasis, eczema, sun burn.
Undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy.
Active skin cancer on the procedure area.
Major heart problems.
Diabetic (Doctor's note/release required)
Experienced faint spell or seizure
Taking blood thinning medications. Glaucoma
Viral Infections, diesases
Hepatitis, HIV, other transmittable blood conditions
Very oily skin/ Acne
Taking antibiotics (Must be off 2 weeks.)
Taking skin medications such as anatasure, steroids, accutane. (will make skin very thin and sensitive.)
Must be off using Retin-A, Retinol near to procedure area for 2 weeks.
Must be off from any facials, chemical peels, electrolysis, laser treatment 4 weeks prior to procedure.
Must wait at least 3-4 months, if you get botox, filler near to procedure area. For lips fillers 4-5 weeks.
If you are currently taking any medications, please notify us before booking.
-LIP BLUSH APPOINTMENT (ADDITIONAL)-
PHOTOS ARE REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING. Please send clear photos of your close up full lips, and sides(No filter, makeup) to 562-922-9032 for approval before booking.
If you are prone to cold sores, fever blisters, herpes and have a history of them, you must take antivirals (Valtrex or Zovirex) before and after the appointment, directed by your medical physician. Please see your medical physician to get prescribed antivirals, or online at goodrx.com or hellowisp.com. It is important to take antivirals who has history of cold sore, since it can flare up on the area after the procedure, and will effect the healed result.
From 5 days prior, please exfoliate and moisturize the area well, with lip balm or A&D daily.(NO dry, chapped, flaky lips) I won’t be able to perform procedure when you come with these conditions on your lips.
If you have lip fillers done, you need to wait 4-5 weeks prior to lip blush appointment.
4 weeks prior to the appointment- No facials, chemical peels, retinol cosmetics near to the area.
Since the lips are sensitive area, please avoid to book during your menstrual cycle. You will be more sensitive and feeling more discomfort during the procedure.
The healing takes about 7-10 days, and must avoid applying makeup, using exfoliant products, and cosmetics on the area for one week. No gyms, sweaty exercise for 1 week. Avoid Sun, sauna, swimming about 10-14 days. The color will lightens about 50-60% once it’s healed to soft tinted look, and the color will continue to bloom for 6-8 weeks.
If you arrive your appointment and not follow pre care instructions, you will not able to receive the service and lose your booking fee.
Please arrive on time. (15 min grace period.)
No guest will be permitted inside the salon suite.
Please wait inside your car, and wait for the text. You will receive text to enter once its ready. PLEASE DO NOT WALK IN.
Please come in with new, clean mask. You will be required to wear mask at all times. (No Mask-No Enter)
Please limit your belongings.
Hand sanitize upon arrival.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
DO NOT consume coffee, caffeinated drink, supplements on the day of the procedure.
NO gym, working out on the day of the procedure and 24 hrs prior.
AVOID taking Aspirin, Omega-3, fish oils, Vitamin E, and Ibuprofen(Advil) 24 hrs prior to procedure.
DO NOT consume alcoholic beverages 24-48 hrs prior to procedure.
NO waxing, threading on the eyebrow area 3 days prior to procedure.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
NO makeup, cosmetics on the procedure area.
NO gym, working out, sweating for 8-10 days.
NO tanning, sauna, swimming and sun exposure until the area is fully healed. (About 2-3 weeks)
DO NOT consume alcoholic beverages for 24-48 hrs. after the procedure.
You will notice change of color from the procedure day to 10-14 days after. Healing takes from 10-14 days depends on the skin type. Your color will appear softer and lighter about 30-40% once it’s all healed.
The color will appear fresh and vivid immediately after, and will darken(due to oxidation of ink color) for next 4-5 days. You will see the most dark and bold color during these days. From the day 5-14, the area will start to heal. During these healing time, you will notice flaking/scabbing and patchy looking on the area. It’s part of the healing process and it’s normal. Once healing is done, you will see softer color reveals on the area. (2-3 weeks after)
Please DO NOT touch, pick and scratch the areas until the area is fully healed.
The cosmetic tattoo procedure is 2 step process, which requires initial appointment and following touch up. It is a perfecting session to fill in colors, adjusting shape to complete the look. The area can be looking unfinished without the touch up. It is strongly recommended to schedule your touch up session within 5-12 weeks from your initial appointment date.
It is client's responsibility to book your touch up appointment. Please book in advance (1-2 months), to keep your touch up appointment date within the time frame its given. The following touch up must be scheduled (latest) within 12 months from your initial appointment date.
ANNUAL TOUCH UP (YEARLY TOUCH UP)
Annual touch up is strongly recommended (1-2 years) to maintain the color and shape.
It will be consider as a new service, after 2 1/2 (30 months) years from your last visit appointment date.
Client will receive $100 off from a new service rate, when you returns within 3 years(36 months) from your last visit appointment date.
CLIENT WITH PREVIOUS WORK
If you have previous work done elsewhere, you will need to book for a new service appointment. (not a touch up)
We DO NOT work over if the area is recently done by another artist. Your previous work needs to be faded and lightened about 70% or more.
Please send me photos of your eyebrows (without make up) for approval, before booking. The artist may not able to work on certain eyebrows condition. You will need to book under brows cover up/correction service
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, LATE POLICY
All booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancelling appointment for any reason will result losing your booking fee.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify 5 days in advance prior to your appointment date. Client may reschedule one time with 5 day advance notice. Your booking fee will be forfeited if given less than this time frame, and require additional booking fee to book new appointment.
Only ONE TIME rescheduling is allowed, and the date must not be exceeds 3 months from your initial appointment date.
No Show, same day cancellation, and cancellation made within 24 hours to your appointment time, will result forfeit your booking fee, and charged 50% total cost of your service fee.
No shows - Not accepting future appointments.
We have 15min grace period. if you are late more than 15minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and booking fee will be forfeited.
NO guest is allowed (No children, pets) due to cross contamination and interruption. Due to the nature of the detailed services please respect our no guest policy. The procedure requires full concentration during the procedure.
The remaining balance will be due in CASH ONLY on your appointment day.
Everyone's work/color will result differently, depending on skin type/condition, health, life style and after care. Results are NOT guaranteed due to these factors.
Touch ups are not included and are priced different on time frame.
